Who we are

JAZZ WHEELHOUSE

Jazz has always built things from scratch - and she means that literally. Starting with a 1978 Mercedes 408, she caught a bug she hasn't shifted since: the need to build vehicles she can call home.

She picks up whatever skills the job demands - LPG gas fitter, approved cork insulation applicator, welding NVQ. If she can do it herself, she will.

Before the vans, she built The Gin Fayre from nothing — Scotland and the North of England's largest touring gin event, 50+ events and 25,000 attendees in three years, until the pandemic brought the curtain down.

She now works as a fractional CMO through Earles & Co, across a portfolio of UK, US and Middle East clients. At ODX, Jazz leads partnerships and brand - bringing the right exhibitors, sponsors and brands into the fold.

KAY TRAYFORD

Kay has been making the complicated look effortless for over twelve years. As a senior creative producer and event manager, she's delivered entertainment programmes, theatrical productions and large-scale events for some of the biggest names in hospitality and leisure — hundreds of moving parts, international suppliers, not much room for error.

She's also the kind of person who held her nerve face to face with a wild bear on Romania's Transfăgărășan Highway, spent three weeks in Belize rehabilitating injured jaguars, and lived for a year in Fuerteventura running events for a local hotel. When Jazz suggested trading bricks and mortar for a van and the open road, Kay's answer was yes - and sixteen countries and eighteen thousand miles later, it's fair to say it stuck.

At ODX, she leads operations.

Which, if you know Kay, is exactly where she should be.
